Business Outlook
Pros
Great company to get started and learn about the medical device industry. In the long run though hard to stay and grow professionally. It has very good benefits (except the vacation days, very limited) especially the 401K company match and contributions. It allows a lot of autonomy so you don't have a boss breathing down your neck, there is flexibility.
Cons
There are very long hours adn competition is high and constant! Very fast-paced environment. Need to be a flexible individual to work here since things change ALL the time. Preference is to bring people from the outside for promotions. You never do enough.
