      Better than where I came from

      Pros

      Facilities are kept very clean, they believe in Team Building and encourage the concept of working together as a team. Overall great people to work with and everyone seems to enjoy being there.

      Cons

      Health Insurance provided is completely unacceptable for a medical device company! Yes, the premiums are low, but God forbid you ever get sick, you have a high deductible to satisfy first. The HR policies regarding lateness, "occurrences" vacation time based on seniority are seemingly unfair and dictatorship-like. Little wiggle room for "special" circumstances like being late due to inclement weather.

      Pros

      Great company culture; ambitious people; A-type personalities. Competitive salaries, but "you won't get rich." You do get taken care of over the long run.
