      Pros

      The company recruits people strait out of college so you end up working with a younger crowd, which is nice if you are in the same age group. They also do a lot of team building activities which can be fun. Good environment in general.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and they are really strict on clocking in/out. It's demeaning and sometimes hard to see the big picture when you feel nickel and dimed on the little things.

      HIgh caliber co-workers, good reputation, solid company performance over time. You have the opportunity to have multiple job roles over time.

      Cons

      Things happen fast. Since everyone is a high performer it can be hard to get noticed. Taking breaks will leave you behind.
