      Pros

      It's an ever-changing and ever-challenging environment Sink or swim...if you like that it's great They really do care about their employees

      Cons

      Blind faith in certain leaders Some of the best are let go because their "useful life" has ended instead of finding a way of mining the talent they have.

      Pros

      Very competitive. It takes a certain personality to fit into the company culture, but if you have that personality you will enjoy your time there.

      Cons

      The hours can be long. Doing Recon/Trauma sales has no set hours, being on cal can cut into work/life balance. But you know this going into it, so no complaints here.

      It's a great company to work for: great energy, good pressure, result-driven, a good place for young, ambitious individuals to start their career

      Cons

      So far there is none, the hours can be demanding sometimes, but if you want to achieve your goal and seriously develop yourself in terms of career and discipline, this is the right place
