      Pros

      Very social atmosphere and a lot of after work events. A lot of young people making for a very fast paced environment. Organizationally structured to be pretty flat.

      Cons

      Intense micromanagement from the top down. Very little atonomy as most decisions are made as a team. More meetings than most workplaces.

      If you work in Research and Development then you will be stuck there forever. Don't expect to move up unless you can ace a gallup "interview"

      Industry leader in most divisions. The company- leadership and employees have a sense of strong pride in Stryker. Great resume bullet.

      Cons

      If you don't perform, you are gone within one year. Leadership expects a 20-45% growth regardless of economy or circumstances. You get it done or your gone.
