Pros

Personality profile helps individuals to define who they are and what they are good at. Everyone you work with are people you would want to befriend outside of owrk. If you excel they will find a path for you!

Cons

High employee turnover. Only saw one individual retire while I was there 3 years. He worked on the floor as an hourly employee. Growth is fast so constant need for change is sometimes sressful to the point 7AM to 7PM and weekends are not enough.

Pros

Best people I have ever worked with in my life - great friends and hard workers Earnings are uncapped - so when people are buying life is good! Work hard, play hard is a way of life

Cons

You never get the feel that you are truly valued as an employee or person - you know that at any given time, you are totally replaceable The sales organization is very flat which makes it easy to get things done but leaves little room for career growth

Pros

- You get a lot of responsibility, so there is a lot of potential for personal and professional growth - It is very easy to move around in the company if you want to explore different areas of interest - The industry is always in need, so despite the state of the economy they will always have jobs - The culture is amazing...everyone there is very fun and have great personalities - The company really promotes community, there are a lot of great company events that usually sell out/fill up quick because everyone is so excited for them...usually your coworkers become your best friends

Cons

- Usually you get paid less than others in your field, especially for this industry - There are not as many 'tech company' spoiled-worker perks in office, and the San Jose branch doesn't even have a cafeteria that serves food - Pay increases are very seldom awarded - Like many corporate offices, there is a LOT of bureaucracy
