Stryker truly cares about their employees and their life. The culture of this company is something over never experienced before. Everyone is winners and tries their best everyday. Your coworkers become life long friends! The pay and benefits are excellent. This is the best company I have ever worked for. My leadership team inspires me and cares about our career growth.

Cons

-Little room to negotiate compensation in a timely manner. -Compensation is not highly competitive with companies of similar size in the area. -Not all members of the cross-functional team contribute equally. -Backfills are slow to be hired (generally 1+ year of waiting)
