Pros

Stryker has company recognition and they do develop superior products. Gaining clinical knowledge and being a part of the procedures makes your work more satisfying.

Cons

As an associate your pay is way below average and your work may not be appreciated. You can’t take vacation unless your surgeons are off. Each territory runs lean as possible because the reps pay your salary. Understaffed.

Great experiences. Easily able to other positions to gain skills. environment is open and light.

Cons

Salary is great for starting out. Won't make more unless you jump into management. Promoting engineering into managers is not always the right move.
