      Pros

      Great like minded, goal oriented, hard working people. Environment of excellence. You will learn a ton. Great benefits. Very diverse work force. The new employees are typically the cream of the crop and eager to get to work.

      Cons

      The work load is tremendous and pressure to succeed exceptionally high. Once in management it's more about who you know than what you know that gets you advanced. Someone has to take the blame for not achieving excellence and it is often assigned to the middle manager associated with a project rather than the entrenched leader.

      Pros

      The work can be rewarding. Decent benefits. Good people. Focused on giving young folks a chance to learn and grow. New opportunities are abundant for young, lower paid employees. Participate in community outreach initiatives.

      Cons

      In my experience, they talk the talk, but struggle with walking the walk. Not for the faint of heart. Much is expected but appropriate resources are lacking to support the demands. Not willing to pay for experience. Gallup screening is heavily weighted, but the results are mediocre in many cases. Diversity exists only at the mid to lower salary levels. Office environment is noisy and crowded.

      - Large corp with plenty of ops to move around within and up - Many chances to shine and show your skills - Well admired in the industry

      Cons

      - Don't pay as well as they could for the amount of money they make - Careers can be held back if you butt heads with management - The company grows at a rate that they can't keep up with the changes procedurally.
