Pros

The pay and benefits were good, unlimited sick time

Cons

onboarding was a joke, if you worked remote you were left to fend for yourself. There was no work life balance although CEO Kevin Lobo would encourage you to take the time you needed for yourself while at the same time shortening turnaround times and deadlines and demanding an increase in revenue during a recession. Morale was so low, internal teams would try to one up each other rather than work together. The culture was toxic and extremely stressful. The interview process should have been a warning with all of the assessments to make it through the process.

Pay well for performance. Robust and ubiquitous presence

Cons

It is a cult. Prey on young and naive.

Pros

Work culture is good. But I haven't had good experience while working there.

Cons

Not a good company to work for. Very weak ethics, once could get fired for very silly reasons. Not much career opportunities for IT people.
