Pros
Fun, collaborative place to work. Entry level engineers (I've worked here less than a year) are given a lot of responsibility. This is awesome for learning the industry and our business fast. There is a lot of support for entry level engineers. I was given all of the training and on-boarding I needed to be successful in my position.
Cons
I am a female engineer and other companies offer a membership to SWE (society of women engineers) for all female engineers and take them to the SWE conference. Where as Stryker only takes a handful female engineers.
