      - Strong leadership team - Promotes personal learning and development - Great work life balance - Internal job transfers are recommended and even promoted if you want to learn or try something new. - Micromanagement is minimal (this will depend on your individual manager of course) - Tools/software typically available - Good education reimbursement program

      - Consumed by old technology - Difficult to break old school company habits - Corporate culture causes projects to move slowly - Some departments accept the status quo and do not have the motivation to learn new things

      It’s a great resume booster. And there’s pay..but below industry standards.

      Cons

      Everything. No life. No trust. No decency. Reps can’t even follow a simple conversation. Pitiful BS: literally told to run to the bathroom in an informal meeting. More like run from this company.
