Pros
The benefits are better than most large companies in and out of the industry and they pay above market rate for the roles in our field.
Cons
I feel like the pay was used to keep people working 60-70 hours a week. There was inconsistent style of management and expectations between various departments which created underlying tension to meet objectives. Too many meetings about meetings and not enough real work. Too many Sr Directors and not enough people doing meaningful work to get things across the finish line.
