Pros

You get a great benefits package and the perks of the 50% off across brands

Cons

The company is not what it once was. The corporate managers rule with an iron fist and it seems like they get joy out of inflicting fear to all. There is no actual support for the managers and those that call out the flaws get fired over time.

The Company Is Changing

Pros

The company is still one of the greatest women's shoe companies in the world. The products are all handmade and of top quality and are less expensive thanks to ownership of the factories in Spain. The company takes care of its employees with a generous benefits package, a high commission, and a wonderful culture.

Cons

Some things have been changing with the company since Coach acquired the company. Now with the new CEO in place and the new senior management coming in, the culture of the company is taking a drastic shift towards something other than the culture it once was. The company was luxury without demanding the status. Now the company is trying to be luxury with some snootiness behind it.

Awful from the top down

Pros

They flew me business class for my work flights. Should be a given but some companies don't even do that

Cons

- Awful management from higherups - high turnover of said higherups which means general chaos for the rest of the team - Subtle racism and discrimination from higher ups - Generally overworked
