Pros

They give out pies at Thanksgiving to everyone and award the one employee each month with Studco's Best. My boss recognizes and thanks me when I work extra or go above and beyond.

Cons

Not enough experienced machine operators on the floor.

Pros

Working with great people day in and day out. Studco really treats you like family and takes everybody's input into consideration. This is a great place to grow your career and further your knowledge on all aspects of the building industry and life.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any. If you are willing to work hard, wear multiple hats and go the extra mile for your team you will be rewarded.

Along with many other employers in NY State, we understand that the current state of our health care system has played a big role in the benefits we are able to offer our employees. We have tried to get creative in our ability to assist our employees with their healthcare costs. We hope if you are participating in our health coverage that you are making use of your Health Reimbursement Account which reimburses you for health costs you incur, and we also encourage you to enroll in our Health Savings Account program and start contributing and also take advantage of the tax benefits of this program!
