While we are not afraid to challenge each other, it is always done in a respectful manner. We do not take allegations of verbal abuse lightly, and hope that our employees will also not make these allegations in an effort to convey discontent with their experience at our company, which can occur for many reasons. We often find that those who are not successful at Studco are those who lack the ability to communicate, challenge themselves (and others) and be accountable. Studco has an in-depth and extensive recruiting process which allows both the company and the candidate the opportunity to speak at length and in detail about the requirements of the role. Whilst I appreciate that you feel our review / progression process is based on relationships and not performance, I can assure you all Managers act fairly and follow the same process and procedure when reviewing an employee’s performance. Our robust performance management system through Bamboo HR allows us to have open and honest communication on areas for improvement and growth with each of our valued team members.
