      A lot of non English speaking people are getting hired and making the job harder for those who have been there for a couple of years.

      Lots of opportunities globally. Studco is pretty stable compared to other businesses I've worked at.

      Takes a while to get your head around the products if you're not familiar with the building industry.

      Pros

      The entire team makes new employees feel welcome and included immediately, co-workers have a vested interest in each other's development and overall knowledge. Open and receptive to new ideas regardless of how long an employee has been here or their role, which is fostered by a collaborative environment. A dynamic environment that provides new opportunities to embrace.

      Cons

      Office can be quiet at times, and can take some getting used to if you're used to a louder environment.
