Our intention is to create a fast-paced environment for over-achievers to grow and reach the next level quickly. We have learned that hiring people that are less experienced can be an uphill battle since the efforts required to get that person up to speed might make them feel micromanaged. It’s preferable to hire people that already have the experience in the specific position and just need a creative, collaborative environment where they can take their ideas to the next level.
