The company culture is mostly informal and the employees are all friendly. Lots of opportunity to pursue your interests even if it's outside the scope of your role and perhaps even integrate it into your job.
Cons
The pay is far too low to be entirely livable on a single salary, especially in the bay area.
Amazing people, seriously can't emphasize that enough, I like everyone I work with and this is the first time that's true in my life. They allow you to pursue ideas past just having one, especially if it has ROI, they are supportive of me as both a person and an employee past anything I've seen in a company. I asked to increase my responsibility more then once and they have delivered on their promise and more. The culture is something to be envied. There's always a happy hour or some event to hang out with your coworkers. The free food in the kitchen never hurts either!
Cons
We have too many ideas, sometimes we don't execute them as well as we could.

I'm so glad that you have opportunities to grow and gain responsibility. We're always looking for ways for employees to grow and develop in their profession. If you have any ideas for how we can create more development opportunities for employees, I'd love to hear them!
We do have a lot of great ideas, and prioritize them based on value when we plan quarterly initiatives. Our Agile development process and scrum teams have helped us improve our execution on ideas over the past few years.
