After only a few months my hard work was recognized with a promotion and salary increase

Cons

They are caught up in corporate procedure in a way that is inefficient, and they are not flexible. I left because of their unwillingness to be flexible to a young new mother's responsibilities, and could do better to modernize their workplace.

Regular paycheck and some nice people to work with.

Cons

Chaotic, dishonest management, who regularly exploit employees. Criminally low pay and ridiculous security measures designed to intimidate employees. The level of education among management is alarmingly low.
