Pros

Family-oriented work environment. Form great friendships. Starting pay is great for college students. Dress code (on the manufacturing/plant side) is jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Great benefits (401K, Med/Dental/Vision, paid holidays, vacation, sick/personal days) for Full-Timers Weekends off Overtime is time and a half (because it's hourly) Trained to do the job you're hired for and you learn more as you move up in the company.

Cons

The work can sometimes get overwhelming especially during the busy season (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) and you will have to stay late until all the work/orders are out. If you work in the administrative/call center, it's an in-bound calling center so when they're busy, even if your not a Telesales Consultant in title, you will be taking in-bound calls, which takes away from the work you're actually hired to do. The customers can be a little rude (and your calls are monitored and even if you give the slightest disinterest in helping them because of that, you get told something about it). You do eventually reach a glass ceiling. There's a lot of micromanagement and good suffer for the bad, and some managers are just that in title and not in deed. There's some unappreciativeness in certain areas. Raises are non-negotiable.

Pros

You can order lunch without leaving the building

Cons

This company has terrible communication issues internally, you will be severely underpaid in any position in comparison to industry standards, and all for the great joy of working for essentially the Walmart of the Jewelry world. So glad, greedy Matt gets his praises,

Pros

-Decent money for the area -Good Benefits

Cons

-They're intentionally understaffing and overworking their departments. -Astroturfed, gaslighting "Culture" has changed 3 times in 3 years. -So many meetings could be emails. -Constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul -Lazy and tyrannical Executives and Directors -Misandry and racism rampant. Heaven help a Straight White Male sent to HR. -Hypocritical speeches from "leadership" about "culture" and "family" even as they exclude an entire division from events.
