Mandatory Overtime

Pros

They train you for the job, no experience needed. They have great benefits. A lot of opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory, especially around big holidays (Christmas and Valentines Day). For some jobs, you are told your shift ends at a certain time but it does not really end until the orders are processed. You could be scheduled to get off at 5 but not leave until 7. But you don’t know until the very end of day how late you’ll have to stay.
