Once you find the best department for yourself and your career. It becomes a phenomenal company to work for. They have medical onsite on Wednesday, massages on Fridays, random quarterly events.

Cons

Pay is a massive opportunity and contributes with most of the turnover. PTO is another opportunity as accrual is on the lower end considering the size of the company.

It is very easy to work with the people in my department, it really feels like a community

Cons

There isn't really any sick leave, so you have to take pto (15 days company wide for newer hires) if you get sick
