Management doesn't listen to their employees, benefits are not great & bad communication. Some VPs are conceited and ungrateful.

This is a very family-oriented environment. Lots of camaraderie among the employees, and flexibility for personal matters outside of work.

Cons

Way more work than can ever be accomplished. Need to focus on fewer projects, with higher quality outputs instead of trying to do everything at once.
