      Pros

      You have a steady schedule and there are areas for promotions. The daily task is very simple and repetitive. Christine is the best one to ask for help!

      Cons

      They have their people picked. Mangers do not have your best interest. It's harder for black people to move around in that company in the sales floor.

      Pros

      The people you work beside are top notch. They truly become you're family away from home. There are so many diverse positions that if you get tired of one thing you can always try something else. You could literally spend your life there and never get bored. It's ever changing, so things are always new and exciting. It's fast paced, so you won't fall asleep.

      Cons

      Management does NOT care about the employees. They all stick together, and you don'tt have a voice. It's not the same company that once was great. They used to pride themselves in never firing their people. They've already gotten rid of over 20 people in the past few months...People who have been there for literally decades. They plan on getting rid of more. They send a lot of work to Mexico, so we are losing revenue in the states and quality is down.
