Work with variety of people/industry leaders and interesting products. Large, impressive workspaces and communal areas and very safe environment (sure to high security level throughout entire building.

Cons

Recent shifts / structure changes in upper mgmt has affected overall confidence and optimism in front line/sales/lower-mid mgmt as seen by large turnaround in past 18 months.

Pros

Lunch options Security personnel were very nice and understanding Literally nothing else

Cons

The most unprofessional management I have ever witnessed. Everything is completely based on office politics and has nothing to do with skill, nor knowledge. If you do not happily "fill a seat" and twiddle your thumbs all day, you will be a problem. They push extravagant lies on how important culture and transparency are. The actual financials, however, are a complete lie-window dressing in the most disgusting way. Management constantly gossips and creates a toxic environment. Blatant racism is also a big issue here. Compensation and benefits are a joke. Easily one of the least-paying employers in the Lafayette area. Insurance is UMR. If you get to the point of needing to report harassment of any kind to HR, you need to quit. If you give your two weeks notice, you very well may be fired on the spot. HR will work against you with your manager(s) because someone has dirt on the other- this is evident in all areas of the company. They've woven themselves a sticky web that is slowly losing elasticity. Please take this warning seriously- I wish that I did.
