Pros

401K, PTO payout, dental, vision, health/life insurance.

Cons

They are slave-drivers, only caring for how much work they can get from you and will pay you as little as they can get away with. Zero work/life balance. The stress level is very high: known a lot of people end up being alcoholics there. Very little chance to be promoted, if at all. Nepotism and cliques everywhere. If any don't like you, they will get you out in any way and nothing's beneath them to use, seen it way too many times. Completely clueless management. Any suggestions to try to fix anything will either be ignored completely or management will take credit for it. MatrixGold is a POS program and no one in the company likes using it, but are forced to use it as the original Gemvision team all quit and no one at the company could program Matrix 9.

Pros

Great work environment. Decent pay. Laid back atmosphere.

Cons

HR department's ability to terminate with impunity. They can and will dig through private chats to find reasons to fire you after complaints are discovered to have no merit. The web dev team is exclusive and cultish. Directly going against the company's inclusivity culture. If you are not part of the cult, they will actively seek to make you feel uncomfortable. They will talk trash about you without saying your name. If you stand up to them, they will make bogus complaints until HR fires you for privately sending memes.
