Pros

Indoor desk job. Constant work.

Cons

Expect to spend no time at the home you're paying or renting with overtime. Numbers driven, even if you meet expectations, its always wanting more from you when there are only so many work hours in a day.

Pros

Somewhat steady hours, room for growth

Cons

Favoritism of employees, HR gaslighting you into thinking you’re the problem, coworkers do not show teamwork, can’t take off if three people have called in, promotes fairness and diversity in employees but if they are favorited employees you receive judgement instead.

Pros

Benefits, Pay, Job Security, Schedule Flexibility, Lunch Orders and Snack area that auto-deduct from check

Cons

*** This CON is more about a "leadership" trend in Corporate American culture that is present at Stuller, but in no way exclusive to Stuller *** You are a cog in the wheel. A pawn on the chessboard, to be moved where they need you when they need you with a focus on fulfilling customer needs, and without a focus on fulfilling employee needs.
