      Pros

      After struggling with balancing family with work in the past, it’s a pleasant surprise to be recognized for your hard work and dedication while still obtaining that incredibly sought after work/life balance. As a local, family owned company, they truly believe in family first. It is a work hard, play hard culture in a company that continues to grow. Management within my department have been supportive of my personal growth and development and I hope to continue to have opportunities to grow in the future!

      As a respected family owned local builder, StyleCraft has worked hard at creating and maintaining a company culture and work environment that employees get excited to come to every day. No job is without its challenges, but StyleCraft inspires positivity and embraces creative problem solving which allows their employees to really shine. And with regular team building you never feel alone. We support one another and at the end of the day, it’s a group effort to deliver an amazing home to our wonderful customers.

      The company has grown quickly and with that comes growing pains. However, steps have been taken to ensure processes are streamlined to accommodate growth and keep operations running smoothly.

      Management is very cliquey and disconnected with the employees who execute and produce the work. The projects are not well-communicated between departments, causing delays in productivity, which results in pressure from management to achieve results
