      Pros

      Strong organization that has the structure and discipline of a national builder without giving up the human element of a family owned company. If you are looking to work hard, grow and be a part of an expanding company then I would recommend this company.

      Cons

      No real challenges as long as your work hard and are their for a career and not just a "job".

      Pros

      Rewards those who are skilled, and work hard. There are no free rides here. If you want to be able to make an impact and be recognized for those contributions, then StyleCraft is perfect. Fast paced work environment. Great coworkers. Large, successful family owned businesses are rare in this industry and this company does it well. Very nimble. Lots of internal growth potential. Leadership is extremely fair & honest - they always do the right thing for customers, vendors, and employees.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons, unless you don't like actually working. If you want get paid for doing nothing, you won't last long.

      Pros

      Excellent employees who really care about homebuilding and the customers that they serve. A name that has been synonymous with quality for some time.

      Cons

      Dispassionate greedy management who could care less about employees and treat customers as though they were enemies playing for the other team. Production team is overworked and underpaid and the sales team is underpaid, has low morale and are treated as expendable.
