Pros

Some customers are friendly. The bonus is a nice incentive.

Cons

Pay every 2 weeks. Never make a bonus because of the higher up management. A LOT of stress. Way too much responsibility for the pay. No home time. I worked 90 hours per pay period because of being understaffed and was reprimanded for it.
