With proper training, it doesn't take too long to become a competent employee/the job is fairly easy if you know what you're doing.

Cons

Management sets the tone for store environment: if your lead is unorganized and indifferent, expect chaos and stress. A lack in planning will seriously effect the flow of business. Little to no opportunity for advancement (position and/or pay). Constantly fluctuating hours. For even the best of management, expect seven-day-weeks.

You get to make your own food and since it is a franchise you have a chance of meeting your owner based on if your owner is around or not.

Cons

Its a franchise so they set the pay and pay raises. Your working with the public so you may get yelled at by people daily.
