you only work with a few people per shift, no grease, more laid back than other work places.

Cons

they are franchisee owned, so the pay and advancement isnt the best because the franchisees doesnt have as much money to pay out to their employees unless the store is boomin in business

There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

everything, yogi does not care about his employees' well being and the pay is terrible. as a store manager i only made 19,000 per year and had very little guidance.

Really easy to operate, great brand advertising. A fun team working environment. Great job for people who love customers. The brand makes value and choices available for customers it's not hard at all to give a great customer experience.

Cons

Lots of locations,and a lot of different franchisees. Opportunities limited within brand depending on how many locations are owned by said franchise.
