Pros

The work environment has been upbeat, energetic and fun. The company offered many opportunities to grow and learn new skill sets. Salaries have been comparable to the industry standards as well as a decent bonus structure.

Cons

The unknown from the takeover by the parent company that SFAFT is currently going through.

Pros

Free sandwiches after shifts Friendly employees Developing a relationship with regular customers Cleaner than other fast food restaurants Not very stressful

Cons

Can get very busy while only two people are working You're on your feet the whole time If working during rush hour, management expects you to prepare food, clean, and serve customers simultaneously Minimun wage Dead- end job

Cons

Newfound appreciation for how meager minimum wage is Wage increases based solely on amount of time with the company, not performance Always smelled like bread
