Pros

- good colleagues and usually good in-store management - quite a lot of independence and allowance for staff to take leading roles in opening, closing etc

Cons

- treatment from store owners was not great - employer sometimes ignored aspects like penalty rates, overtime; made it clear that staff were easily replaceable

Pros

Flexible schedule and free meals is nice. The job is very easy with little or no stress. The management was very easy going.

Cons

The pay is not the best to say the least although comparable to other fast food positions i would assume.
