Pros
This company has an awesome company culture and really values their employees, the work that they are doing and are interested in you as a person.
Cons
Despite their great culture, the serious level of growth they experienced gives them a lack of organization and a lack of actual managers in the upper level employment. Their attitude that everyone should be treated the same has kind of caused an ill balanced system with a lot of Indians but no Chiefs.
