      I have worked here for 2.5 years and I absolutely love it! They are very family friendly and will help you in anyway they can. Management is very much involved and they have an open door policy. I would recommend SMP to anyone looking for a new job!! :)

      It would be great to work in one building with everyone.

      Pros

      Being in the business for 20 years and always working for the "Big Banks", I can honestly say that this is the best company that I have ever worked for. The culture is very family oriented...work/life balance is a key component in the management style. Everyone's opinion matters in the growth and development of this forward moving company. Would highly recommend to those that have a strong work ethic, and are committed to working hard while you're here at the office, so you can enjoy your time at home with family and friends.
