Pros

I Started off in an entry level position and was given the chance to grow at an exponential pace. Those in Charge have been Extremely Helpful and eager to give guidance and direction when needed. this is the first company i have truly enjoyed working for, the people and the culture are solid. while we have experienced our fare share of Growing pains i believe it is a pain that every growing company Experiences and not a negative reflection of our internal structure.

Cons

????? Weekends are only two days long?????

Pros

SMP is a rapidly growing company. There are a lot of opportunities for growth. The company regularly provides lunches, family-oriented events, and more. The leadership team is friendly and outgoing and receptive to new ideas. Equipment needs like computers are met quickly.

Cons

Employer contributions to health insurance premiums are lower than previous employers. Currently, there is no retirement matching on 401k or IRAs.

Pros

One of the mottos of the founding partner is that they like to treat everyone like a partner, and I couldn't agree with that more. It is truly family atmosphere where we feel every day like the executive and ownership team care about us and our loved ones. Success Mortgage Partners has the closeness of a small company but the benefits of a medium size business. I come to work and feel that my efforts are appreciated and that I make a difference.

Cons

There are the expected challenges of a rapidly growing company, but I believe that there is a great leadership team that will overcome those obstacles.
