      The coaching is great and extremely valuable. That is the only reason for one star rating, without that it would be 0.

      Cons

      Nobody knows what others in the company are doing, you will be told several things about your structure of your employment and what responsibilities and costs will be at your expense and none will be correct or they will change constantly. The processing is an absolute nightmare. They have overlays that are not even known until you run into them. Then they will charge you for licensing as you leave. Everyone promises the world when it comes to structure and process but it’s all on you. Also pricing and fees are awful and vary between employees on same structured commissions.
