Pros

I have been working at Success Rahab for the last 12 yrs. They have a very good starting salary and comprehensive benefit package and profit sharing plan,plenty of overtime. My Co-Workers are a great group of people that will help you when needed.

Cons

It’s a complete smoke-free facility on any of their properties,including off-site units. You’re constantly on the road on appointments and or traveling between rehab sites,and the inconsistent speed limits drive me crazy and all the vehicles have gps.
