Rewarding, but horrible management

Pros

Very rewarding job, with awesome clients. The clients and their families are very appreciative. Activities (ex:dinner outing) is paid for for the employer, same with other outings such as the movies.

Cons

Underpaid. The coworkers are more into gossiping. Management is weak. They hire anybody. The line staff workers are overworked and taken advantage of.
