I don't have any cons. You just have to be willing to work. Whether on a jobsite or in the office, it's a hard charging business. But the goals and visions are clear, so you know what you're pushing for.

Extremely Organized. Smooth Process from initial contact, interview, providing frequent updates and site visit/tour. HR/P&C Team was very responsive to questions during the process prior to start date. New Hire Orientation on first day was also very organized.
