      Pros

      The compensation and benefits are good to excellent. Many extremely knowledgeable employees work here, with vast experience. Suffolk also values their mature employees, unlike other companies. Advancement opportunities are abundant.

      Cons

      Long travel times to projects by employees. Internal departments/systems that do not realize what goes on in project/field work. Projects can have a non-inclusive environment, depending on your position at the project.

      Pros

      Lot of opportunity and exciting projects Learning and development so far has been excellent. There's a steep learning curve with the SOPs that will take some time to get used to, but the training and resources to find information when needed has been excellent For a large company, I find the communication to be very good in regards to what is going on in the office and across the country The investment in technology and innovation is something I'm excited to see grow, if even a part of it comes to fruition it will be a game changer to further set Suffolk apart
