      Pros

      Company was very transparent in the interview process. Everyone I have met so far are an accurate representation of the company as I understood it through the interview process. A lot of energy and excitement around the direction the company and leadership is very involved in supporting each other. Onboarding process is very organized and thoughtful.

      Suffolk has been a wonderful experience for me. I am proud to be part of Suffolk. The Team is great, the Leadership is second to none, the projects are challenging and rewarding.

      This is not a "Cons", but you do have to be diligent, work well with people, and know your stuff.

      Pros

      Suffolk is a company that truly does focus on their employees first. Between their "no jerk" policy for bringing the best of the best on board. With a motto like "we build people who build buildings" its easy to see the commitment on all levels to ensuring people here at Suffolk are happy.

      Cons

      The fast past nature of construction means the teams require a lot out of you. Not a problem if youre passionate about the industry and dedicated to you work.
