      Pros

      Good Benefits, competitive pay, and great people. Very organized company compared to other general contractors I have experience with. The culture is amazing, upper management actual cares about you as a person rather than just an employee.

      Cons

      Work a lot. Which shouldn't be surprising in the construction industry. However, flexible time off is pushed extremely hard, so you do get a good work/life balance honestly.

      - Work life balance (Work long hours - Nature of the beast) - SOP Onboarding - I was never really given a true in depth SOP training - This may have since changed - Pressure/Stress

      Suffolk is a very opportunistic place to work. If you are into challenging yourself and furthering your career, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Relative newcomer into the New York Market but that is changing to the good daily.
