Suffolk's interview process was thorough and substantive. Great effort was put into the hiring process that made it feel that by design it was for the mutual benefit of employer and candidate. Confident yet humble; direct yet personable. Number of touch points, rounds of interviews, etc. just about pefect. Met with multiple executives which provided a first-hand impression of the high caliber, polished, and professional leaders of the organization while also a glimpse at their personalities; and to some extent management style/philosophy. All data points were invaluable to determine cultural fit. Suffolk was a standout among the interview processes of 'like' competitors. There were not differences on any level after becoming part of the team.
