Great marketing, Florida president is awesome

Cons

Poor management, organization and oversight. Technology is not being leveraged. Leaders are disturbingly incapable of managing their people. Incredibly hard working without any knowledgement from upper management. The company does not work smart.

Pros

Very smart and talented folks working here. Good pay, good benefits, generous with time off/vacation and family leave. Attentive to any issues brought up by employees.

Cons

Immaturity of some project teams shows in team dynamic or how project operations run. Very large projects run by individuals with limited experience distracts from what should be a team effort. A sense of uncertainty about the direction of the culture in the southern California market vs the Boston way.
