      Pros

      - During the interview process, lots of attention was given. I always had a tether to get updates if I needed them - A plethora of resources available - Great attitudes of everyone I have met so far - a pleasant surprise

      Cons

      - First few days training schedule was pretty rigorous, may need some more time to revisit available training recordings

      Pros

      I work on projects for top notch higher education clients and A/E Teams. With constant senior staff and organizational training I have a growth potential that would exceed anyone's expectations. Lots of Team Building activities and opportunities.

      Cons

      So much to do! Always something to do! But that's what I like, some however could see that as a Con.
