Beautiful scenery, diverse day to day, kind community of coworkers. If you perform well, you earn trust to do your job without a ton of oversight. This position requires a reliable, self-starter individual

Free season pass, sense of community, old school charm, one of the last resorts in the area that hasn't gone corporate

Cons

This place is a joke. Everyone is more concerned about getting high/drunk than doing their jobs, management included. Things are extremely chaotic, stressful, and ill-planned, and you wind up taking the heat for all of it in customer service roles. Things that should not be your job get pushed on you because of the constant turn over, and everyone is quickly burnt out and miserable working here. Housing is in terrible conditions and I was genuinely scared of some of the people I was living with at times, although I did like the housing manager and felt like she was doing what she could.
