Chaotic, stressful, complete lack of management - Server Sugar Bowl Resort Employee Review

This place is a joke. Everyone is more concerned about getting high/drunk than doing their jobs, management included. Things are extremely chaotic, stressful, and ill-planned, and you wind up taking the heat for all of it in customer service roles. Things that should not be your job get pushed on you because of the constant turn over, and everyone is quickly burnt out and miserable working here. Housing is in terrible conditions and I was genuinely scared of some of the people I was living with at times, although I did like the housing manager and felt like she was doing what she could.
